cancellation policy

At all of our clinics, appointments are reserved specifically for you. To ensure the highest level of care and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation guidelines below.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any fees.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in listed cancellation fee.
3. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule. If the appointment cannot be accommodated, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the fee will apply.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment with no fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a rescheduling fee or be treated as a cancellation.
6. Packages & Prepaid Services
Missed or late-cancelled appointments for prepaid services or packages may result in the session being deducted from the package.
